The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking HR Drivers to join our Commercial Division on a full-time basis. As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for collecting and transporting waste and recycling materials across our commercial contracts. You’ll operate our state-of-the-art waste trucks, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and with the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate various waste collection vehicles, including rear loaders and front-end loaders.
• Safely load and unload bins into collection vehicles.
• Conduct daily pre-start training, post-trip inspections, and vehicle checks.
Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided, including onboard systems, compliance, fatigue management, and chain of responsibility.

About You:
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
• A valid HR licence with previous truck driving experience.
• Experience in the waste industry (preferred).
• A safety-first mindset and the ability to follow protocols and procedures.
• Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and resilience under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.
